God ordained my spiritual journey to begin at birth in the city of New Orleans. God orchestrated my purpose through many challenges of my environment. These challenges included financial struggles, emotional scars, and many unanswered questions. Yet, he developed me by constantly elevating my thinking in the things of Him by means of a word, subject, door of opportunity or the favor He placed upon my life. I am a diligent student of the truth of God. My parents always instilled within me to look up to God for what you need and I carry that focus until this day. I made a decision that to achieve in life I would need to have a relationship with God. Because God had my heart early in my life, I refer to the process as "The School of God in the Earth".

At an early age, I participated in various assignments as a youth in the Methodist Faith where I was a youth speaker and leader for years. I had a youth coordinator who took the time during my youthful season to allow the gifts to be utilized. God blessed me tremendously after graduating from High School and He was ready to take me to a new place in Him. I left the Methodist Faith. As a result, I encountered a Woman of God in 1993 that was adamant about the gifts of God. At this point God was ready for me to receive the Holy Spirit. I yielded and was changed in the process. God had greater purpose beyond just receiving the Holy Spirit. He redirected my steps to align with a great man of God. I became this man of God's hostess/armor bearer for years at which time many character traits were being developed within and without for the next level of destiny for what God wanted me to be and do on earth. It would consist of many elements of submission, humility, patience, responsibility and a greater yielding to the Spirit of God in my twenties. As God passed me through His tests He elevated me to desert situations in order to get out of me what was birthed within me.

... I had to witness the death of my mother and months later my father passed away as well in the same year. I was almost homeless but God gave me a door to survive. Also, I had to endure ungodly relationships until He removed them totally from my life. The enemy sent them in and God remove them out quickly. I know what it means when it states, "touch not my anointed." Not because I am so good, but chosen by Him. My location did not give many job opportunities and the door that did open always became closed, not by what I did but what was happening in the industry. All that I had gone through up to this point in my life built my faith and caused me to be in awe at how Gods direction brought me through time and time again.

... within the city of New Orleans when I experienced Hurricane Katrina and had to relocate to Baton Rouge. There was an increased strength in prayer that was amazing as God explained my rights through the Word of God. My mind set toward my journey is that I choose to live each day to embark on the invisible journey, remaining focus on the fact that I must improve not just for myself but for my destiny. Words are power in the scene and behind the scenes but the conqueror is wise to interpret the truth!! This is where God has developed me greatly the Spirit of Wisdom, the Spirit of Knowledge, and Understanding prophetically. This is why I can effectively pray because I have experienced much pain and can relate to others. I take not for granted He has entrusted the mantle of Prophetic Intercessor upon my life!
